and three-dimensional polymeric mats and composites for civil

Colbond employs some 650 people worldwide and is headquartered
in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with production facilities in
Emmen and Arnhem (NL), Obernburg (D), and Asheville (NC, USA).
Regional sales offices are located all over the world. In
co-operation with their partners in the market, Colbond has
also built up an extensive worldwide network of representatives

The pioneer work of Colbond in the field of geosynthetics
goes back several decades, with the first projects in the
early 1950's. Since then, the company has become one of the
world's leading manufacturers of geosynthetics for use in
the building industry, landscaping and for civil engineering
in the areas of erosion control, structural drainage, soil
reinforcement, soil stabilization, consolidation also for
special applications in waste containment. The know-how they
have acquired in using geosynthetic products has led them
to be a valued partner to engineers worldwide today.
In the Philippines Philippine Gabions Inc. has completed several successful
projects in erosion control, supplying Enkamat erosion control
matting manufactured in Europe as a slope protection instead
of conventional rip rap. Colbond structural drainage products
offer cost efficient solutions to the local construction industry.
